South African beauty Kyla was born in the province of Limpopo, and raised on a small farm by her mom and grandmother before moving to a fishing town outside of Cape Town. Scouts began taking notice of Kyla when she was 13 but as a timid kid, she never felt like it was for her. Three years later she was approached again at a concert and began working full-time when she was 18. The first job she is really proud of was being the first rookie to land on the cover of the World Swimsuit Magazine in 2022, shot in the Maldives with Gavin O’Neil. Other career highlights so far include shooting a Mister Zimi campaign in Kenya, and a campaign for the Cashmere brand The Idon on a beach in her hometown. Outside of work, Kyla is a lover of food and cooking, as well as acrobatic dance and kickboxing.
