Nissia was born into a beautiful, multicultural family and community. She was born in France, and raised by her French Algerian mom in Dakar, Senegal, with her Moroccan father bringing her another rich cultural background. She then traveled to study in Lisbon and Amsterdam, expanding her worldview. Her modeling journey began in 2017 when she was asked to star in a billboard campaign for the Dakar Fashion Week but kicked off in 2019 when she was scouted and signed by an agency in Paris while at a cousin’s wedding in Morocco. A worldwide Shiseido campaign quickly followed, and since then she has shot in Hawaii, Phuket, Morocco, Oslo, and Spain for brands like Women’s Secret and Bikbok. Currently living in Bali, Nissia loves to horseback ride and explore the natural world.
